The Art of Hearing...

The saying is “Two ears and one mouth means listen twice as much as we talk.” But this can be difficult to do! Even if we “hear” the words, do we really listen? Do we understand what the other person is trying to tell us? Jesus asks us to listen to him and others many times. What if we could get better at understanding Jesus and others? How can we pay attention to what is being said and how it is being said? Because the better we are at this, the stronger our relationship with Jesus and others will be! We invite you to worship with us as we practice “The Art of Hearing.”

We've made it through Advent and Christmas!  The presents have all been opened.  The New Year has been rung in.  We may have already taken down all of the Christmas decorations.  But, now what?  How do we keep that wonderful spirit of Advent and Christmas going?  How do we let the love, hope, peace, and joy of the holiday season stay with us all year round?  Start 2025 off right and join us for worship as we talk about "Living with Joy!" during January 2025.

 Due to the possible bad weather for this weekend,

the decision has been made to cancel

the in-person service at 11 am at Faith UMC.

Rev. Mik will have a live sermon on Facebook at 11 am

in place of the regular in-person service.
